DRYGRES kits are the most economical solution for those users who need to drill dry holes of different diameters in any type of ceramic tile.
The DRYGRES range of diamond drill bits are recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other covering materials such as marble and granite.
In the DRYGRES range of drill bits, RUBI has used VACUUM BRAZED vacuum welding technology, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area.
RUBI has kits with various configurations, always thinking about offering the professional the option that best suits their needs. The DRYGRES kits have been designed, primarily so that the ceramic tile installer can obtain the best results when making the necessary perforations for water inlets, drains, light points, etc.

DRYGRES diamond drill bits are dry cutting and can be used, thanks to their M14 thread connection, directly with a grinder or with a hammerless electric drill, by using the drill adapter (ref. 05976).
The average life of DRYGRES drill bits from Ø 20 to 75 mm is 60 holes. The average life of drill bits ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and correct cooling and use.
The drilling depth of DRYGRES drill bits is 36 mm.
DRYGRES drill bits (diameters Ø 20 to 75 mm) have a side opening that improves the cooling of the drill bit and makes it easier to remove solid waste after each drilling. Before drilling a new drilling, we must make sure that the drill bit is clean and free of any obstruction.
The maximum speed of use for DRYGRES diamond drill bits is between 14000 r.p.m. For a better finish and longer life of the drill bit, it is important to respect the appropriate rotation speed and make a slight orbital movement during drilling.

What happens when a delivery cannot be made or I am absent when the goods arrive?
If we cannot make a delivery on a pre-arranged day due to unforeseen circumstances there will be an extra charge of €20 per pallet to re-deliver the goods, if the order is subsequently cancelled this will result in a €60 handling charge and a 15% restocking charge.

How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What happens if goods are damaged when they arrive to me?
All damaged goods will be replaced. We must be informed of any breakages within 5 days from receipt of goods, any later than this and it will be too late to claim. For insurance reasons we may ask you to store the goods. We may also need you to send us photographs of the damaged stock. Once goods have been installed we are unable to replace them, we strongly advise all of our customers to check received goods for faults before installation.
