Small Deliveries - Courier
All of our small deliveries (less than 20Kg) are shipped with DPD with 2-4 day delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Updated tracking information will be sent via email and text once your order has been dispatched.
Large Orders - Pallet
All of our pallet orders are shipped on our own trucks. We can deliver anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland within 2-4 days.

Details
The RUBI PRO sponge float with plastic handle is ideal for cleaning all types of surfaces, but especially for the cleaning that the professional ceramic tile installer has to do after installation, such as grouting.
The high-absorption HIDRO sponge is made of flexible polyurethane with a polyester base. Its high degree of absorption and high resistance to abrasion make it the ideal sponge for cleaning all types of surfaces, especially the roughest ones. Not recommended for use with acid-based products.
The plastic handle of the sponge float has a round section, and has a careful ergonomic design to give the user greater comfort during use. Both the blade and the handle are injected in a single piece, giving the entire tool greater robustness and durability. The sponge of the float has dimensions of 28 x 14 cm and a thickness of 3 cm. Which allows us to cover a good surface with each wetting and wringing.
RUBI knows perfectly well the needs of the ceramic tile installer, and that is why it creates, within its range of PRO sponges, the PLUS version, with longitudinal cuts in the sponge to facilitate and improve the collection of sediment and dirt.

What happens when a delivery cannot be made or I am absent when the goods arrive?
If we cannot make a delivery on a pre-arranged day due to unforeseen circumstances there will be an extra charge of €20 per pallet to re-deliver the goods, if the order is subsequently cancelled this will result in a €60 handling charge and a 15% restocking charge.

Unfortunately not.
How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What happens if goods are damaged when they arrive to me?
All damaged goods will be replaced. We must be informed of any breakages within 5 days from receipt of goods, any later than this and it will be too late to claim. For insurance reasons we may ask you to store the goods. We may also need you to send us photographs of the damaged stock. Once goods have been installed we are unable to replace them, we strongly advise all of our customers to check received goods for faults before installation.
