Large Orders - Pallet
All of our pallet orders are shipped on our own trucks. We can deliver anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland within 2-4 days.

LUSINO 3D trays feature an exclusive surface pattern, taken directly from a piece of slate, for a truly authentic finish. The acrylic capped surface is Slip, Stain and Impact Resistant and contains an anti-microbial additive to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mould.

Are free samples available before I buy?
Yes — Tile Merchant offers free samples on all products, these are available to order online and in all of our showrooms. You can see how a particular product will look in-situ before making up your mind.
How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Can I get advice on how many tiles I need for my project?
Yes — Tile Merchant staff can help calculate the quantity of tiles required for your space. They recommend measuring your area carefully and considering wastage for cuts and patterns, and our team can assist with guidance either in-store or online.
