All samples are shipped FREE with 2-4 day delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland. DPD is our shipping partner for samples. Tracking information will be provided by text and email once your order has been dispatched.
Small Deliveries - Courier
All of our small deliveries (less than 20Kg) are shipped with DPD with 2-4 day delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Updated tracking information will be sent via email and text once your order has been dispatched.
Large Orders - Pallet
All of our pallet orders are shipped on our own trucks. We can deliver anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland within 2-4 days.

Ensure precision in tile installation with the Rubi Plus Float Replacement Trowel. Featuring a high-quality sponge, it provides effective grout spreading and an even finish on surfaces.
The RUBI range of sponge floats with replaceable handle covers all the needs of the professional ceramic tile installer, in the cleaning phase of grouting and finishing work.
The range of RUBI SUPERPRO sponge floats with replaceable handle is made up of a complete and varied range of models, all of them adapted to each situation:
The SUPERPRO sponge float, made of flexible polyurethane, with a polyether base, has a medium degree of absorption and is ideal for general cleaning of all types of surfaces, in addition to being compatible with the use of acid-based cleaning products.
The SWEEPEX® sponge float is made of flexible polyurethane with a polyester base, it has a high degree of absorption and high resistance to abrasion, ideal for cleaning all types of surfaces, especially the roughest ones. Not recommended for use with acid-based products.
In addition to providing the corresponding spare parts for the SUPERPRO and SWEEPEX® sponge floats, RUBI offers the professional installer the spare parts:
Replacement ABRASIVE sponge float, made of high-density polyethylene, ideal for all those jobs that require a higher degree of friction. Not recommended for use with acid-based products.
CELLULOSE sponge float replacement (100% vegetable), is especially recommended for cleaning work with acid or solvent-based chemical agents and especially for cleaning epoxy joints. It has the highest degree of absorption and resistance of the entire range.
RUBI knows perfectly well the needs of the ceramic tile setter, and that is why it creates, within its range of SUPERPRO sponges, the PLUS version, with longitudinal cuts in the sponge to facilitate and improve the collection of sediments and dirt.
All interchangeable bases of the SUPERPRO 30 x 13.5 cm sponge floats are adaptable to the ergonomic handle (ref. 22912). They are also compatible with other brands.

What happens when a delivery cannot be made or I am absent when the goods arrive?
If we cannot make a delivery on a pre-arranged day due to unforeseen circumstances there will be an extra charge of €20 per pallet to re-deliver the goods, if the order is subsequently cancelled this will result in a €60 handling charge and a 15% restocking charge.

Unfortunately not.
How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What happens if goods are damaged when they arrive to me?
All damaged goods will be replaced. We must be informed of any breakages within 5 days from receipt of goods, any later than this and it will be too late to claim. For insurance reasons we may ask you to store the goods. We may also need you to send us photographs of the damaged stock. Once goods have been installed we are unable to replace them, we strongly advise all of our customers to check received goods for faults before installation.
