Each SPC board comes with a built-in underlay, so there is no need to buy or fit one separately. The board itself is 6mm thick, with an extra 2mm of acoustic underlay already attached for added comfort and sound reduction.

Are free samples available before I buy?
Yes — Tile Merchant offers free samples on all products, these are available to order online and in all of our showrooms. You can see how a particular product will look in-situ before making up your mind.
How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Can I get advice on how many tiles I need for my project?
Yes — Tile Merchant staff can help calculate the quantity of tiles required for your space. They recommend measuring your area carefully and considering wastage for cuts and patterns, and our team can assist with guidance either in-store or online.
