About Deliveries
Samples
All samples are shipped FREE with 2-4 day delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland. DPD is our shipping partner for samples. Tracking information will be provided by text and email once your order has been dispatched.
Small Deliveries - Courier
All of our small deliveries (less than 20Kg) are shipped with DPD with 2-4 day delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Updated tracking information will be sent via email and text once your order has been dispatched.
Large Orders - Pallet
All of our pallet orders are shipped on our own trucks. We can deliver anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland within 2-4 days.

Details
Thinstone Cladding Cloud is the latest addition to our thinstone cladding range. It is made up of a mixture of white and grey/charcoal stone. We introduced this colour specifically to complement ivory and grey tiles which are two of our most in-demand colours at the moment. This cladding will also work really well outdoors and can be used for a feature wall or to brighten up any outdoor space. It goes particularly well with our Kota Grey and Black Limestone Paving.
Premium Natural Stone pieces glued together with a special stone epoxy. Fast and easy to fit. No need for specialist stonemasons. Each panel fits seamlessly into the next. Virtually invisible joint with little or no wastage. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

Yes, all of our prices include 23% VAT.
How much do the bags weigh?

What happens when a delivery cannot be made or I am absent when the goods arrive?
If we cannot make a delivery on a pre-arranged day due to unforeseen circumstances there will be an extra charge of €20 per pallet to re-deliver the goods, if the order is subsequently cancelled this will result in a €60 handling charge and a 15% restocking charge.

Can I return bulk bags?
Unfortunately not.
How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What happens if goods are damaged when they arrive to me?
All damaged goods will be replaced. We must be informed of any breakages within 5 days from receipt of goods, any later than this and it will be too late to claim. For insurance reasons we may ask you to store the goods. We may also need you to send us photographs of the damaged stock. Once goods have been installed we are unable to replace them, we strongly advise all of our customers to check received goods for faults before installation.
